Switching to Skio was one of the best moves we've made. their customer interface is super clear for our customers to use and intuitive for our internal team. We are able to self-serve many of the features we want to deploy and always get speedy and helpful replies from their support team.

My first time using an off the shelf subscription management solution. In the brief year that I've been using Skio, they've released a lot of new functionality. Their team pay attention to feedback from users and focus on development. Customer support is excellent and the team and hugely knowledgable- big shout out to Elliot and Mars. Some of the analytics still need improving, which is why I cold only give a 4/5. However, the customer engagement features are excellent though and we believe Skio helps us save hundreds of subscribers each month. Highly recommend.

Skio has exceeded expectations in a big way. super helpful customer service and super simple/clean transition for our migrations subscription and loyalty migrations

Switching to Skio will be one of the smartest moves you make for your company. I've made the move for two brands that are growing very quickly. Skio has provided a level of support that is unparalleled. From their email support team, to their team on Slack, they are the best. Our dedicated account managers have been life-savers (I'm talking about Ben and Matt). They have turned us on to several new integrations that have been amazing for us. It feels like we have more of a partnership with them. They are looking out for our best interests, and it shows. Subscribers are our most important customer segment. I've been able to consolidate our subscription and loyalty programs with Skio. Now our subscribers can easily and quickly apply rewards points directly to their subscription. This was a difficult experience for our customers with our previous integration.
