Skio has been a great subscription platform for our business. The product is flexible, reliable, and continues to evolve in ways that actually support real-world subscription use cases. A special shoutout to our account manager, Jordan B. He’s hands down the best AM we’ve worked with across any provider — incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and proactive in helping us get the most out of the platform. That level of partnership makes a big difference. Highly recommend Skio for teams serious about subscriptions.

Our Success Manager Sandro is always on top of things and keep us in the loop for new features of the platform and utilize whats best to increase conversions. Platform is superb and it does what it promises it does BUT what makes it better is the overall SUPPORT that the team provides from success managers to their tech support team.

Look once and don't look elsewhere. You're reading this, and either you're in two buckets: 1. You're a new brand looking to offer subscription or maybe you are and you want it be more serious. 2. You're an established brand, and you need to scale. Your current sub platform isn't doing it, and there's a few things that you need and want. My advice is choosing a subscription platform that meets your customer's needs is one of the most important things to consider for growth. As for ANY platform, ask yourself is this the platform I want to use for the next couple of years, or if I migrate to from/to, will my customer's payment tokens still be intact? Now onto the real deal: Skio is, hands down, the subscription platform Shopify brands should be using. I've demoed, implemented, optimized, and migrated from nearly every other subscription solution on the market. If there's an alternative you're considering, there's a very high likelihood I've worked with it firsthand. What sets Skio apart isn't branding or novelty, it's execution. Skio is built with a deep understanding of retention, eCommerce, and developer experience, combined into a single, cohesive subscription platform. From a technical standpoint, Skio checks every box from robust analytics and insights, surprise and delight capabilities, flow trees, to a modern, beautiful customer portal out of the box, and integrations will all the major players in the Shopify space. Just as important is the team behind the product. The Skio team brings world-class expertise in modern eCommerce and subscriptions. Whether you're evaluating offer structure, implementation strategy, or long-term MRR growth, you're working with people who deeply understand both the product and the business outcomes it drives. Huge, huge shoutout to Sandro at Skio who is an absolute gem and retention driving genius. I've been in Ecom for 7 years, and he always manages to provide some new ideas and insight on how to grow. It's not just small tips or advice, but actual working implementations that drive our growth 1% each time. I've also noticed this from the dozen others that work at Skio from the engineers, and to the sales rep who've been in the ecom game for a while too. Switching to Skio was one of the best moves we've made. their customer interface is super clear for our customers to use and intuitive for our internal team. We are able to self-serve many of the features we want to deploy and always get speedy and helpful replies from their support team.
