The term 'partner' is often tossed around so loosely that it looses much of its meaning. Skio however, is one of those rare exceptions that truly deserves to be called a trusted and valued partner. And that is what they are to our company. From our initial contact w Aiden, to the ongoing superior support, communication and expertise from Sandro and Kobi, every single experience and touch point to date w Skio has been a 5-star++ experience. Oh yeah, the actual Skio platform and software blows away anything we used or have seen in that past. But what is really a home run is when you find that level of tech innovation, supported by a team of human excellence through execution and optimization. Skio is the full package.

Great app and great service before & after the sale. Skio's passwordless login has been a game changer for our subscriber experience and customer service load. In addition Timothy and the support team are top notch, both in the initial migration as well as sharing best practices and brainstorming ideas that drive value to both our business and the subscriber. Highly recommend Skio.

In our extensive experience managing multiple brands, we've predominantly used Recharge for our subscription services. But when we introduced a subscription model for Azio Beauty, we wanted to try smt different. From the get-go, Skio demonstrated its superiority. The onboarding process? Flawless. We rate the team 10/10. We came to them with customization requests, fully prepared to invest extra for these modifications. But Skio's team? They stepped up, handling everything without batting an eye or charging an extra dime. 10/10

The SKIO migration team are awesome. Helped us every step of the way transitioning from our old provider. SKIO has some amazing features which we can't wait to implement. We've also been able to seamlessly integrate Klaviyo allowing all our email systems to be managed in one place.

Have nothing but good things to say about switching to Skio! The team was extremely attentive and ready to help whenever any issues occurred. Our subscribers are also very happy with the new interface, and are having a much better experience using Skio. Would definitely recommend!

Top notch team and service! They are constantly working on new updates and features that help merchants like us grow our subscription business. During the integration process, their support team was extremely helpful and was even able to work on a custom integration for our store. We have some pretty complex logic for a part of our business and their team was able to add extra features to their api to support our functionality! Working with members from different departments/team is always a pleasure.

Overall we are happy with our migration from ReCharge to Skio. The migration was not as seamless as others have mentioned, but it was pretty good compared to other nightmares. I would definitely caution everyone to really dig into their payment processors as there are a great number of quirks for users of Authorize.net. Overall the speed of the platform is really good and it is driving growth so that is a win for us. 9 Month Update - Having worked in Skio for 9 months, we can definitely testify that we are happy with the platform, its speed (reporting) and responsiveness from our rep and their broader support team.

Great app. We had a terrible experience with a similar app that took months (literally) to get anything done, and we finally switched to skio. They were very on top of their game, nothing was "too hard" and they got back to us quickly. So glad we made the switch. I recommend Skio to other brands i know.

Skio helped me to set up everything on my store. I have ask several times them to develop some features in order to improve retention. They also help me to change a bit the display when needed and they are very open to improve the app. Thank you the team

Working with SKIO has been incredible - Upgrading our subscription platform has been on the top of our to-do list for a while now, but the task seemed daunting. Absolutely amazing app! the onboarding + sales team are super experienced and offer as smooth as a transition as possible. The interface is extremely easy to use while also offering a wide array of intricate features such as GWPs, email outreach, & a comprehensive analytics dashboard. I went through several different vendors and did and in-depth comparison, Skio seemed to be the most complete and after boarding I can say that the product holds true to expectations! would recommend.

Top-notch care from the Skio team! Our migration from Recharge to Skio was seamless thanks to their awesome team. From start to finish they were organized, patient, thorough, and very responsive. We've been migrated over for a few weeks now, and their team continues to provide excellent support. It's easy to get them on calls and work through any various questions that pop up as we learn a new platform. Overall they've done an excellent job at making our brand feel important and valued, and they've delivered on all the features and perks we were sold on to make the switch. Couldn't be happier with the new platform and the growing success of our subscription business!

Very satisfied with our decision to move from Recharge to Skio. Their team was incredibly supportive during the transition and the migration of existing subscribers went through seamlessly. The Skio team was there to immediately resolve any issues that came up. I cannot say enough good things about Skio! First of all; their team is INCREDIBLE. They really went above and beyond to make sure that the migration went smoothly but more importantly, they were extremely patient and always willing to make all the requested changes we required. Not only they are talented and know what they do, they're also extremely kind. Skio's overall product is outstanding and we cannot wait to use more of its functionalities. I would recommend Skio to any brand who's looking to start subscription or has had bad experiences with their competitors in the past.
