100 stars out of 100. We are another case study coming over from ReCharge. I cannot stress enough how seamless this has been. I think ReCharge is a great product, don't get me wrong, but I'm a stickler for customer support. Personally, I think it's complete BS how many of these apps take so much money from you, but can't figure out a way to provide exceptional support. Skio made it clear from the beginning they are not compromising on that, and they have lived true to their word. Another key thing is that after spending a decade in sales, I'm very sensitive to being sold to. Skio (and Aidan specifically) understand this, and do not push. They consult, provide ideas, and when you're ready, they bring you on. No "this offer is only valid for today" type BS. First off, they have a dev team that handles the entire transition, in the backend, and without your involvement until it's almost ready to go live. Secondly, you are assigned a CSM right out of the gate for on-boarding, go-live, and post go-live support. Our team for this, Sandro & Chris, are both absolute FKN rockstars. They respond fast, in-depth, and follow-up after the fact to make sure it all made sense. Beyond this, the product is superior to ReCharge IMO for multiple reasons. 1) They take over your account/login page as part of the build, so whether you're a sub, or a single purchaser, you have one clear account for your order history, and the UI/UX is outstanding 2) The data analytics are waaaaay faster load times (almost real-time...sometimes a slight load delay) 3) The customer UX/UI in the portal is way sexier and easy to use 4) Their cancel flow allows for a lot of customization to reduce churn - we've implemented multiple new messages and reasons, along with churn reducing actions Overall, Skio is moving forward, while ReCharge is playing catch-up (even if ReCharge still has features Skio doesn't yet, it's clear Skio moves fast, and is constantly updating, whereas ReCharge is resting on their laurels) I love the team, the pricing is fair, and the tech is awesome - I'm excited to see where this goes.

Working with the Skio team and using the platform has been great for our team and business. Jackson helped get things going for us with our migration off of our existing subscription platform. He took time to understand that actual underlying data within the business so that we could set Skio up as effectively as possible. He made the functionality on the site back end extremely smooth so that customers still had the right site experience. Sandro took over as our account manager once we were fully up and running and has delivered awesome service. The monthly insights he provides keep us proactive in making the most of the platform. He is also very resourceful in helping us address problems as they come up and make intros to other companies that may be able to positively impact our business. Then the application itself is just a great overall experience. We try to incentivize customers to utilize the member portal as much as possible because we love how clean the experience is there. They are constantly rolling out new innovations and the way in which they keep their clients updated on roll outs is super transparent. Highly recommend Skio to anyone starting up or looking to make a switch.

Shaw was our launch specialist and he was awesome. Super communicative, quick, thorough, and detail-oriented. We're just using the basics of the platform now, but we're looking forward to using all of the unique capabilities like the surprise and delight, bundling, etc. The app itself is pretty intuitive; easy to use. The whole Skio team jumped in to support us as we were getting started/onboarding. I really appreciated that.

We have had a great time working with Skio, from the onset our Account Manager Sandro has been responsive and extremely helpful in getting us setup. Skio did all the work in building subscription on our site - big shout out to Shaw! Apart from being an intuitive easy to use SASS tool, Sandro always pushes further and provides feedback and insights into our overall E-Commerce business.

I strongly recommend the app. All the team Skio are super friendly, helpful and very professional. The experience with the app for our customers is really friendly and I rate all the functionality and settings with 10/10.

Our brand had a plethora of complicated needs in the migration over to Skio. The Skio team worked overtime to figure out how to meet our needs, especially Jackson! We are happy with the successful migration and look forward to implementing all of the additional revenue boosting optimizations that Skio includes. The customer service team is great and responds within 24 hours, typically less which is very helpful for a smaller team like ours! Also, our customer experience has improved significantly both in terms of the ease of subscription maintenance and the offerings we can now provide. Absolutely recommend.

Absolutely the best subscription service out there, with the best team behind it!! Nothing is problem, their support is out of this world. They ensured everything was exactly how we wanted it. And an effortless migration from our previous provider. Skio is the Telsa of subscriptions. I can not recommend them highly enough. As for the subscribers, they find it so much easier to use, to access their subscriptions, to receive notifications etc etc. If you want subscriptions to be done right, go to Skio full stop.

Love Skio. Shoutout to Kobi for a quick/painless migration! Passwordless login makes our subscribers so much happier when logging in - they even tell us. AND the conversion rate for subscriptions has seen a noticeable increase. I would highly recommend Skio.

The implementation of Skio was smooth and straightforward. After the go live, even without heavy communication, some customers already subscribed to the monthly orders service. Also the UX of the login area for the customer is great.

Big shoutout to Adrian, Christian, Laura, and the whole Skio team for getting us up and running in just 3 days! Being a new brand, we're all about being scrappy, so initially, we went with Yotpo's free plan. Let's just say, that wasn't the brightest idea. When we started looking for other subscription platforms, Skio really caught our eye. It wasn't just another paid plan - it stood out big time. The customer portal? User-friendly, super sleek, and easy to manage. And the features? Seriously, they've got everything you could think of, and it's all so easy to navigate. They've really nailed it!

After 15 years of developing and working with direct-to-consumer marketing platforms, Skio is by far the best team and software I have worked with. Their team is fast, responsive, and truly takes a 'white glove' approach. We migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify, and the Skio team was with us every step of the way. The software empowers our marketing and email teams to create campaigns and ideas to increase monthly recurring revenue so much more easily. Our customers range in age from 24 to 65+, and the Skio customer portal is easy, fast, and makes the subscription process incredibly smooth. If you are looking for a subscription platform that truly works, Skio is your only option. I just bet the future revenue of our company on it, and I could not be happier with the results.

The term 'partner' is often tossed around so loosely that it looses much of its meaning. Skio however, is one of those rare exceptions that truly deserves to be called a trusted and valued partner. And that is what they are to our company. From our initial contact w Aiden, to the ongoing superior support, communication and expertise from Sandro and Kobi, every single experience and touch point to date w Skio has been a 5-star++ experience. Oh yeah, the actual Skio platform and software blows away anything we used or have seen in that past. But what is really a home run is when you find that level of tech innovation, supported by a team of human excellence through execution and optimization. Skio is the full package.

Great app and great service before & after the sale. Skio's passwordless login has been a game changer for our subscriber experience and customer service load. In addition Timothy and the support team are top notch, both in the initial migration as well as sharing best practices and brainstorming ideas that drive value to both our business and the subscriber. In our extensive experience managing multiple brands, we've predominantly used Recharge for our subscription services. But when we introduced a subscription model for Azio Beauty, we wanted to try smt different. From the get-go, Skio demonstrated its superiority. The onboarding process? Flawless. We rate the team 10/10. We came to them with customization requests, fully prepared to invest extra for these modifications. But Skio's team? They stepped up, handling everything without batting an eye or charging an extra dime. 10/10

The SKIO migration team are awesome. Helped us every step of the way transitioning from our old provider. SKIO has some amazing features which we can't wait to implement. We've also been able to seamlessly integrate Klaviyo allowing all our email systems to be managed in one place.

Have nothing but good things to say about switching to Skio! The team was extremely attentive and ready to help whenever any issues occurred. Our subscribers are also very happy with the new interface, and are having a much better experience using Skio. Would definitely recommend!

Top notch team and service! They are constantly working on new updates and features that help merchants like us grow our subscription business. During the integration process, their support team was extremely helpful and was even able to work on a custom integration for our store. We have some pretty complex logic for a part of our business and their team was able to add extra features to their api to support our functionality! Working with members from different departments/team is always a pleasure.

Overall we are happy with our migration from ReCharge to Skio. The migration was not as seamless as others have mentioned, but it was pretty good compared to other nightmares. I would definitely caution everyone to really dig into their payment processors as there are a great number of quirks for users of Authorize.net. Overall the speed of the platform is really good and it is driving growth so that is a win for us. 9 Month Update - Having worked in Skio for 9 months, we can definitely testify that we are happy with the platform, its speed (reporting) and responsiveness from our rep and their broader support team.

Skio helped me to set up everything on my store. I have ask several times them to develop some features in order to improve retention. They also help me to change a bit the display when needed and they are very open to improve the app. Thank you the team
