Currently migrating over to Skio. The team have been super easy as the team are responsive and have taken time to explain the process clearly. Skio itself is user friendly and looks great on the website. My customers have given me positive feedback.

So far so good! The team was amazingly helpful during the migration from our previous subscription platform. Hoping to get a few extra functionalities built into the app in the near future to really make it a seamless experience for our customers. The team has been highly receptive to our feedback!

Hands down, easily the best subscription engine out there. I've used Recharge, Bold Apps, and Smartrr in the past -- Skio is superior compared to all and Any of them. The best feature is passwordless login that our customers love and has reduced support tickets by over 30%. Their team also ships new features at a staggering pace.

I just started using Skio after years of using another subscription platform. The team of Skio is great. They made the onboarding process very easy. Now that Skio is live we have already had customers comment on how much easier the customer interface is to use. Skio's customer service is amazing as well. I e-mailed support and heard back in less than 20 minutes. I'm excited to use and keep learning more about the Skio features.

We recently switched over from Recharge to Skio and the process was smooth and the support has been excellent. Whenever we have requested a new feature the Skio team has been prompt to find us a solution, several times engineering the solutions themselves within a week or two (Recharge would never do this). They've also provided a lot of recommendations to enhance our subscription experience on site. Subscriptions are a big part of our business so the extra support and features has been well worth it.

We made the mistake of migrating from the major subscription app to an app that seemed to be comparable to Skio. Wow were we wrong! We came to Skio after 5 months of trying to migrate to this new app and work out the kinks, and Skio figured out how to migrate us (a 2nd time in 2 months) and had us up and running with Skio in 2 weeks. Have been super happy with the portal, and their team hustles to make things happen. Recommend!!

Fantastic subscription partner. The Skio team has been ultra-responsive, their support has been second to none, and the platform itself is top-notch. They are quick to react to feedback, and the speed of deployment on bug fixes and new features is fantastic. Keep up the great work, Skio - this is how you disrupt an industry!

We've been on one of the major subscription providers since we've started the company. Thank the lord for SKIO, because we aren't any more! Skio is, hands down, the fastest and most nimble sub system I've seen in the shopify ecosystem. The team is second to none. I've been in ecom for 20+ years and they are by far setting the standard to become a Tier I player. Don't sleep on Skio for subscriptions no matter what vertical you're in.

Some minor issues migrating from Recharge, but the team was extremely attentive with making sure everything was working and fixing any issues that arose. Ultimately we're now on a platform that gives our customers a significantly better experience and much more control of their subscriptions. I'm confident Skio will allow us to take our business to the next level while, most importantly, keeping our customers happy.

When I say you should run away from all other subscription apps. RUN. Skio is the subscription app that everything else should have been but never was. First off the team has been incredibly helpful in getting us set up. They are quick, knowledgable, and super accessible, not like some of the other companies. The UX and UI on the admin side is fantastic and for the customer side everything is seamless. I absolutely love the customer portal, it makes having a subscription easy and fun, not boring and conducive to churn. I highly recommend using SKIO for your subscription needs.

We made the switch from the Bold Subscription App and it was very simple to get used to. The range of actions is very easy to understand for both the customer and the company when making changes to subscription information. They did not have all the features we were used to right away. However, we definitely asked, and they definitely delivered. Responsive support and seamless customer/subscription interaction have made my job easier.

Skio app is very easy to use compared to other subscription-based platforms, especially for editing/modification; everything is made simple as the necessary features are provided in separate buttons in each profile. Their customer service team is also very friendly and assists us right away whenever we need help.

We switched from Recharge to Skio 3 months ago and it's been one of the best decisions we've made that actually adds value to both our customers and our team. Building great subscription software is not easy and, even though Skio still has to figure a number of things out, the speed and care with which they approach development are remarkable. They are approachable and fix/help with matters really quickly.

So much better than Recharge... night and day. Easy to use dashboard, and we just need to go through Shopify for everything (not two apps, like Recharge)!
