(his is a SCAM SCAM SCAM (Good reviews are many years ago for Skubana, not this app) Let the Extensive Rep herself share why you should never waste your time with Extensiv: Esther Kook : it is the responsibility of our customers to share their requirements to ensure we meet their needs before signing the agreement. Extensive BOT could not work out which orders should ship from which warehouse based on costs ? Esther Kook : NO that is not possible in anyway as you do not have the costs available” Accurate Forecasts are not possible as you cannot allocate sold/allocated inventory in incoming containers : Esther Kook : This is not something we have commonly come across with our Order Manager customers requesting Product Functionality Misrepresentation: The capabilities presented on their website and by their sales team do not align with reality. For instance, it's advertised that the Extensiv BOT can determine which orders to ship from which warehouse based on cost efficiencies. However, this is misleading as cost data isn't available, making such functionality impossible. Inaccurate Order Forecasts: Extensiv implies that purchase orders (POs) are always readily available leading to precise forecasts. Yet, the reality falls short. Their response suggests that encountering issues with order management is rare and places the onus on customers to communicate their needs clearly before contract signing. This contradicts their website's claims of providing accurate forecasts and the ability to track milestones on POs. Contractual and Financial Disputes: Despite the platform's failure to meet our expectations and its significant operational demands—requiring an extra 30 hours per week to manage—we've been informed that we are bound by a 12-month contract. Moreover, they've offered a 20% discount for settlement, proposing a one-time payment of $5,688.00 from the total annual balance of $7,110.00. I regret to say that my experience with this order management software has been nothing short of abysmal. Initially, they lured customers in with promises of connecting to unlimited stores on Shopify for no extra but the set amount of few thousands a month. However, this deceitful tactic swiftly turned into a money-grabbing scheme as they sneakily demanded an additional $10 for each Shopify store connected—a complete contradiction to their initial sales pitch. The customer service is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Their representatives seem incapable of comprehending the simplest of issues, let alone providing adequate solutions. Contacting them feels like shouting into a void, as they conveniently evade responsibility and conveniently disappear once the contract is signed. Their lack of integrity is staggering. They conveniently branch off from their promises and commitments the moment you put pen to paper. It's evident that this company lacks transparency and basic principles of ethical business conduct. Overall, this software and the company behind it are an absolute disgrace. They are masters of false promises, shoddy service, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against wasting your time and money on this appalling excuse for Extensiv order management software. Buyer beware—steer clear of this deceitful and untrustworthy company at all costs.

Poor software; as other reviewers comment, the company just cares about getting the contract. Is there a customer success team? Not that I have been able to identify. Inaccurate costing, virtually no software flexibility and extremely poor reporting capabilities. Its an inventory system that does not provide transaction level reporting to review what transactions have occurred. No last receipt date field. The list goes on and on... My advice: AVOID -- DO NOT CONSIDER AS AN OPTION.

We've been paying $5k a month for a software that hasn't worked for us for over 7 months, PLUS an implementation fee, we've been ghosted by their support team on calls that were scheduled to help us out, and the best they could offer was an $800 credit. I'll repeat, we paid over $35k USD for a software that hasn't worked. When we mentioned to them we wanted out of the contract, they offered us an $800 credit and conveniently fixed the bug their software had saying it's fine to use now. Their team has shown zero empathy for us, and the $800 credit is a spit in the face. I will not hesitate to leave Skubana/Order Manager out of the list of software I share with other eCommerce business owners in my network. Terrible product & service.

The worst company ever. Do not sign up, the worst customer service. It is a fraud. I signed up skubana for inventory management for all of my sale channels, especially for Wayfair and Overstock. I paid $4000 onboarding and $1000 monthly. They had me create an account from Cartrover for Wayfair integration and want to follow documentation to integrate Wayfair. I asked why did I pay $4000 if I was going to do all work. Then, I received an email from Cartrover and they offered me to the job for $150. Then, I realized that skubana uses third party integrations for inventory sync and all they do sending you documentation to do the job and they call it training and they charge $4000-$5000. I requested refund for $4000 and they refused it. I requested the cancellation but they refused it again and threatened me to refer collection agency if I do not pay monthly $1000. They charged me $6000 and I never used skubana even once. The only thing they care is to get your money and do nothing else. They do not cancel your account, they never refund your payment if you have any issue. Stay away from skubana and look for another option.

Wonderful onboarding by the Skubana team. They were thorough and comprehensive in both analyzing our pain points to determine if Skubana would even benefit us and in executing the onboarding process. Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable in answering our questions, schedule weekly onboarding calls and re-arranging the schedule around our needs. Rudy our account manager is exceptional as well with tons of experience in the industry which is helping us understand our e-commerce potential in greater detail. Overall the system is sound and does what we need it to do. The team is expanding analytics and adding new tools all the time. We look forward to a long term relationship with Skubana. Thank you!

Skubana was easy to setup and overall has been a great tool for OM/Inventory Management + 3PL integration. The team was very helpful with the onboarding experience.

In the sales call, we were told that we would have a warehouse management system with inventory scanning abilities, but it didn't exist. Possibly one of the worst support teams I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Support took forever to get back to us during the day, and when they DID get back to us, 95% of the time, our initial issue was NOT read correctly or addressed properly. Additionally, talking to support was one of the most stressful things about using their software; it is as if they do not fully read and understand our issue and want to close tickets as fast as possible. It was impossible to get responses that weren't boilerplate "copy-and-paste" templates. Inventory management discrepancies are very poorly handled. Everyday, we have fluctuating discrepancies for every single SKU. Support told me that this is "normal" and that there is no way around it. Skubana has costed us more money than it has saved us. Everyday was a new issue. Analytics modules and inventory value reports were NEVER accurate. We can't even make transfers from 3PL's/our own warehouse to Amazon's warehouses. Their forecasting model is just too simple for what we require. There is no flexibility in changing specific variables related to forecasting. For the first half of our contract, PO templates did not work as how we were told, so we had to do janky workarounds to get it to work. There is ZERO documentation for a lot of the features they have, which forced us to waste countless hours talking to support. Now that we have had a terrible experience with Skubana, we want to switch to a real ERP. After talking with them, they will not help us with this and they are forcing us to sign a one year contract and we only need their software for 3 months. Stay away from this company.

We were using Ship Station before we found this amazing software. Skubana has taken the job of one or two people and automated it which reduced our company's stress and has made scaling easy. The implementation team was amazing, namely Brant McCarthy, who went above and beyond with solving issues unique to our workflow. Many issues that he helped with weren't his responsibility, but he gladly stepped in and made this integration easy and way less stressful. This is definitely the best software company that I have had the pleasure of working with. If I have the opportunity to recommend this software, I definitely will. Thank you Skubana team!!

Great team and excellent support. The software is much more customizable than ShipStation and we're really benefitting from the inventory control that we were missing previously.

User friendly and great account support to transition from old platform. Chanels, routing tools, ease of use with our 3PL and purchasing functions have been highlights so far.

Simple and efficient, it covers all our needs and we can customize rules pretty easily (shipping set up by channel & geography, rules for VIP customers...)

We have been using Skubana for years now. Onboarding was great and seamless and their support response time in the chat is wonderful even now. It’s just right as what we wanted to fulfill the orders as well as inventory management. It has every sales channel integration that we have our products selling. I love the automation (Order bots), it is definitely a huge hit among our fulfilling team. We are very pleased with this app.

Their onboarding process is the best and most hands-on I've ever experienced with any Shopify app developer. Their platform is really helping us take our inventory game to the next level and augments Shopify's built-in capabilities in so many ways. Love Skubana!

We have been using Skubana for a few months now, and we are very happy with how it's working so far. The order-routing functionality has helped us automate a lot of our workflows (splitting orders by inventory availability, routing orders by geography, etc.) and has reduced / eliminated the need for our team to manually manipulate orders. It has also been a great value-add to organize all of our different sales channels and has made it easier for our CX Team to check order statuses and inventory availability.

We are a high volume e-commerce company selling across many sales channels for 10 years now. During those years we have tried many different platforms and none of them really worked out for us, they all always did some things right and many things wrong. Skubana was our last try before trying to build our own platform (which could be costly and come with a lot of headaches). Fortunately for us and kind of surprisingly, Skubana turned out to fill 99% of our needs. They have direct integrations with all the majors sales channels and other e-commerce tools/softwares and they also have indirect (via third party) integrations with the rest of the lesser known tools and software one may need to run their ecom business. They priced out much better than the previous platforms we used in the past and they offer support via chat at all times on top of having your account manager to help you out. I am glad we gave Skubana a shot it helped us automate more of our business, saved us a considerable amount of $$ on payroll and overall just helped us grow our business over the last year plus we have been using them. I do not usually write reviews, but felt the need to do so in this case with the hope it will help others that find themselves in the same situation i was in.
