Their customers service is NEXT LEVEL amazing. Its not a common ting anymore and having them be so on top of things and have such urgency as if it was their own business they were helping is truly amazing. Never had an issue that couldn't be resolved quickly and efficiently - and most important - easily!

So far so good! Easy to set up. There is a product limit on the trial, but the lower option gives you the ability to try it out. I love not having to add products individually. Teshanie helped get my account switched to the right level and get it ready to go! It was also very fast.

I have been using this app since I was able to open up our tiktok shop. They have been excellent with customer service and following up. We had a major issue with orders being duplicated and engineering team worked to fix that issue for us. Love it!

I have been using this app for a few weeks now along with other apps for multiple sales channels. I can tell you, SKU IQ is one of the easiest apps to use and the fastest too. When I make a change in my Shopify, it takes only few seconds when it is automatically sync in my SKU IQ. It is super easy to publish the items in my TikTok Shop. Regardless if it is one item or a bulk. Oh Yes! Bulk edit is super easy too. When an order is placed, everything is sync right away and super easy to track. It totally reduce my time posting items so I can focus in other things now :) Highly recommended.

I've been using skuIQ for about 30 days to sync with my square POS. The process is fairly easy, inventory syncs very well. I occasionally have to resync an item if I notice the count is off, but it doesn't happen very often. Chat is super helpful with getting set up, i've not had any issues with customer service. I love that I choose when to push inventory to Shopify, as I'll frequently have items created in square that I do not wish to have online. My only criticism so far is that I wish there were some backend things I'm able to do on my own without reaching out to chat support (i.e., changing some of the default sync settings - I went this full 30 days before I realized online orders weren't syncing over, but the issue is solved now). This app has given me the freedom to have the in-store POS i want with the e-commerce experience I want my customers to have. I couldn't be more grateful that this app exists.

Great support team. Jorge was very helpful with my initial setup with lightspeed retail. The app works wonderfully once everything is linked. Order and inventory syncing is super quick. Names/prices take a little longer but still quick. The only downfall in my experience is that they dont map customer profiles with Lightspeed, so i cant really sync my orders or i get a bunch of duplicate customer profiles in LS. Without order syncing, i then miss out on all the reporting i need for item sales in LS which i rely on for purchasing. So, while i totally recommend this app, just be aware of those things if you're using Lightspeed. Unfortunately i will have to look for alternative solutions but if the customer data can be mapped in the future i might be back!

I was struggling with linking a product and was unable to figure it out on my own. However, the SKU IQ team was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to solve the issue for me. So, we were a little nervous about finding a solution to linking our shopify and vend systems, but we reached the point of growth where we had to shoot or scoot, so we picked SKUIQ. I've been shocked by how helpful and kind the support people are, and also shocked by how (relatively) easy to understand their methodology is. Anyone who's been around this block a few times knows that backend inventory systems tend to use a lot of jargon and expect you to think like a either a robot or an alien, SKUIQ sticks to plain english. Really happy with this system, really happy with how well things are working, excited to grow with SKUIQ and their team :)
