I originally downloaded this app a few years ago, after parting ways with the app, the last few emails that I’ve exchanged with this company have truly been some of the best customer service I have ever experienced personally. I addressed some concerns and they definitely did everything in their power to make it right. I am really appreciative and thankful for everything they did to get me situated.

However, after a thorough search, we were unable to locate your account in our system. It's possible there may be a mix-up with another app, as SKU IQ provides direct integrations between POS and eCommerce platforms, and we’re careful to ensure users have full control over their subscriptions and cancellations. We take feedback seriously and are committed to ensuring a smooth experience for every user — even in cases where there may be confusion or mistaken identity. Thank you, The SKU IQ Team UPDATE: We were able to locate your records and see that we sent instructions to uninstall the Shopify app which is where the billing happens in November of 2024. This email was opened the same day. In order to halt billing for services paid for by Shopify marketplace billing, the Shopify app must be uninstalled. It seems this didn't happen until recently and that is the reason for the continued billing. We're sorry for the inconvenience but can confirm that the billing should not continue.

I'm using SKU IQ for integration between shopify and tiktok shop, it does a good job of connecting my products, and keeping all fulfillment in one location. this is still a beta program and although it is good and fixes are being made as fast as possible, there is lag time between sales data on the 2 channels, the inventory can take a long time to update. I believe SKU IQ will fix this issue and I will continue to use the platform at this time, .

I'm very excited to be set up with this app. I have so many products and it would have taken me days upon days to get all products uploaded to TikTok. This process was so easy, and the help with the setup was amazing (and free!). I will definitely be upgrading my plan so I can add more to my shop.

I really enjoy using this app! Its fairly simple as long as you carefully follow the instructions. If anything goes wrong or seems to be moving slowly, their support is really responsive and thorough with helping you find a resolve. I think this is best option for business owners who want to integrate shopify with their Tik Tok accounts pretty seamlessly.

So far, the product does what it needs you to do for connecting your systems together. Support is available when you need them which is great as well. Waiting on a few feature enhancements to arrive to really make this app stand out but overall, it's a lifesaver of a tool in our business.

I had some issues at first to configured with my TikTok shop, but I contacted the help support and they help me to finally configured and use all the features with my Shopify store. So far, really happy with the app. I recommend to use it.
