New to using it, had a few troubles getting organized and the customer help chat was quick and super useful!

SKU IQ works perfectly, is easy to use, and the tutorials are helpful. Their customer service is prompt and professional . We wasted a lot of time and money on other inventory integration platforms that were less intuitive, more expensive and lead to canceled sales. We are so glad that we found SKU IQ.

I would definitely recommend this app to others as it has helped me link my inventory from clover to Shopify. This was the service I was looking for and it's the service I got. Customer service is very helpful and comes in handy quite a bit.

I used this app to connect my Clover app to my Shopify store. Works perfectly. Great software to synchronize your products. Amazing customer service especially with Teshanie.

Excellent customer service! Super easy! I was looking for something that would help me link my POS to my e-commerce and this has really been a life saver! I had my initial meeting and they were so helpful. They also called to follow up upon renewal of my subscription. We are very pleased!

Using the SKU IQ app has allowed me to sync Shopify with our in-store POS Square account which is just what we needed. Each order coming through Square is also automatically tagged on Shopify, making it easy to differentiate between the two order channels. The team/support are also fantastic. I am by no means a professional, but their support was able to walk me through the minor issues I had with setting up.

As a small business, with no employees, I barely have time to do the basics of running our shop and website. When we decided to switch POS systems, I was dreading the amount of work it was going to take to transfer all my inventory into the new POS. I had everything updated on Shopify, so I searched for a solution that would integrate and found SkuIQ. My inventory was transferred in minutes! All I had to do was run the link report and confirm a few discrepancies, and voila! Now, all my inventory amounts are tracked between my Clover POS and Shopify store, saving me even more time not having to update inventory whenever I sell a product. I highly recommend SkuIQ.

SKU IQ is great for syncing a Shopify website with Square point of sale. I haven't had any issues while syncing inventory. Occasionally I will experience a slight delay before I see products reflected onto point of sale system. This app is 100% worth the cost saves a ton of time!

My experience with SKU IQ has been wonderful! The platform works pretty well and it's easy to use. But the best part is their customer service. I spoke with Jorge and he didn't stop until he found the problem and resolved it. I strongly recommend the platform

I'm using this app to sync inventory from Lightspeed POS. The support team was responsive and helpful during setup. Saves us lots of time!

I run a store with 1000s of products. This app has really helped me. I am using Shopify and I am synching it with the Square register. I have received good customer support. I highly recommend it.

This app hardly works. Images don't sync and customer service is really really SLOW. Do not recommend. Answers to issues take about 15 hours!

Scam app. Never worked, spent 4 days on support with them and they never fixed anything. My inventory quantities never updated and when I tried to cancel they told me they couldn't help me with that.
We are terribly sorry to hear that we have failed you and thank you for taking the time out of your day to share your experience with us. Your feedback is extremely valuable and we take it seriously. We have researched your case and found that payments were being handled directly via Shopify's app market which is why we could not assist with your cancellation. We will try to make these differences clearer in the future to avoid confusion and frustration for our customers. Regarding the product issues you experienced, we have reached out and would love to hear more details so that we can work to make it right, or at least prevent this from happening in the future.
