Ive been with SKUlabs for a few years now and these guys really work with you to create a dynamic inventory system that works for your business. We rely heavily on inventory management and shipping solutions to ensure inventory accuracy & efficiency. We found there are many systems on the market but few come even close to SKULabs. Some try to do too much and others just don't deliver. SKULabs do what they say and do it very well. Even better - it just works! Since using SKULabs our pick times have decreased by nearly half. Pick and ship accuracy have also improved thanks to SKULabs robust system which verifies barcodes as correct before releasing them for shipping. Finally, the support provided by SKULabs is fantastic. It isn't outsourced, so you know you're dealing with the SKULabs team which means they can deal with the question quickly. They are responsive and updates are regular so you know they too are investing and improving their product. If SKULabs isn't on your list of warehouse and inventory management systems then it should be.

SKULabs helps to organize your inventory efficiently with your listings at once. Its easy to learn, user friendly UI, and last but not least user friendly developers who are willing to help and make what user needs. The best inventory system so far for its price range !

This app is everything we needed and more. I have been very happy with not just the product but the service afterwards. Anytime I needed help there was Josh that helped expeditiously. Easily the best add on that we use for our stores.

This app is great! But what I love most is the dedicated support! My issues are handled quickly and they are professional and super effective! I've been using them for almost a year now and there was no problem they couldn't help me fix quickly. I'm really happy with them. This is definitely money well spent for my business.

After evaluating 4 different inventory management apps, we almost gave up until we ran across SKULabs. This app is fantastic, intuitive and best of all works! So many other products try to do everything that they entirely miss the boat on the core functionality of what you need them to do - manage orders and inventory! SKULabs built-in shipping makes it a breeze to process orders, not to mention the extra savings as we no longer need a 3rd party shipping app. Their support has been great - they get it the first time. Everyone I have talked to at SKULabs has been super helpful, especially Alex and Josh! Give SKULabs a try, you won't regret it!

We love SKULabs! We tried a couple other "inventory management" products before trying SKULabs, what a huge waist of time. We feel like other sell a fancy looking product with a terrible backend. SKULabs not only looks great but everything functions as advertised, and the customer service has been amazing for the setup and any questions that have come about. We've already recommend it to our friends in a variety of industries.

Great app for inventory tracking across multiple sales channels. I tried several other inventory apps and not only was this an economical option, it worked great. I cannot say enough about their technical support team, they were very helpful!

Refreshing & re-assuring for someone in the UK. As we're in the UK we found it really difficult to find a system to suit our needs. We tried using a UK based system for 6 months and ran into nothing but issues especially around support actually fixing bugs. We've only been using SKULabs for a few weeks but so far the experience is great. The software isn't perfect, especially if you're outside the US/Canada, HOWEVER, the support team are fantastic and often roll out development changes for you very quickly to address issues/provide enhancement. Highly recommended!

Sku labs and their team is fabulous to work with! I searched for months before deciding on Skulabs and my only regret is not doing it sooner. If you sell on multiple channels this is the inventory management system for you! Brent and Alex are always so helpful, they are willing to help with any problem day or night! Use the free trial and you will never look back!

I'm so happy we found this app for our Candle, Bath & Body online store. It was hard trying to find a app that could both help speed up processing our orders for shipment as well as manage/track inventory all while being cost effective. I really didn't want to have to use one app for shipping and another app for inventory management. It's great just having one that does both and syncs with our Shopify store. Also the support team at SKULabs is so helpful especially as our store has scaled and grown, they've been able to help us develop work flows to handle the growth of our company has had with more orders and handling a larger inventory.

10/10 would recommend! Great platform and tool which we use 24/7. Their support is unmatched and we're obsessed. I'm confident there isn't anyone who has all the features SKULabs offers. Everyone else is limited to one feature. SKULabs also integrates with ALL the top platforms and ALL the major carriers!

Our business started with the free 14 day trail. I think we made it to day 5 and made the choice that SKULabs would be the best choice for our company. It has helped us simplify our daily shipping with added productivity as we see less errors in shipping now due to the pick list option with SKULabs. This is great for any business rather your large or small, highly recommend. Also, I must add, anytime I have needed help the representatives at SKULabs were quick to help me solve my issue.

What a killer app! We took advantage of the 14 day trial and just signed on as a customer. The app UX couldn't be better... it's pleasing to look at and simple to use. We sell our products through many trading partners outside of Shopify and keeping our inventory count was one of our challenges. Problem is now solved with SKULabs. When a question came up, I reached to SKULabs by phone and they were great. Customer happiness is a big priority. We couldn't be happier!

I have a brick and mortar model train museum. We run trains for our guests. Two years ago we decided to start selling trains to pay for it. I installed Quickbooks desktop and Quickbooks POS. Later we built an eCommerce website using Prestashop. We sold something every now and then, and it was no problem. Then the business grew. And grew. We were having problems. Where was the inventory? What had we ordered? It took lots of steps in multiple systems to sell and ship stuff. Oh yea, we were on eBay too. They get really cranky if you sell something you don't have. We installed Shopify and linked it to Quickbooks. We moved to Shopify POS. Then we found and installed SKUlabs and it made our fulfillment processes much easier and much more organized. We use it for issuing POs; updating inventory; managing fulfillment and for keeping track of preorders. We have a lot of preorders. They have been terrific to work with. I've had lots of questions and I have needed lots of help, like setting up the printing of my price tags. Their customer service has been very good. I moved Quickbooks to online so as they develop those interfaces, I am looking forward to that integration, so that's not done yet. I'm still learning QBO. Here's a summary of how the business process works. When a new product catalog is released I import the products into both Shopify and QBO. Shopify loads SKUlabs. I collect online preorders from customers in Shopify and they flow to SKUlabs and I issue POs from there. When I receive the products from the vendor in SKUlabs, it updates Shopify. I load the vendors bill in QBO for payment. I send invoices in Shopify. As they're paid, the transaction comes back into SKUlabs for shipping and off to QBO to be recognized. For in stock purchases, Shopify sends it to both systems for shipment and recognition. In SKUlabs managing the orders are very easy. I use their tagging system to Seperate orders from preorders, holds, etc. I add notes to orders. I moved the shipping to them from Shippo and bought a scale. No problem. This isn't fully automated yet. I still need to do more with the platform. But we are off to a good start. These guys have been terrific. My wife and I both have full time jobs, this is a part time thing for us, but sales have really climbed. These guys have helped us a lot.

SKULabs is highly recommended! Their tech support is top-notch, answering my calls both quickly and efficiently. I have yet to have an issue I couldn't resolve quickly with them. Do yourself a favor and try their app!
