Paper Monogatari review for Sky Pilot ‑ Digital Downloads

I had the greatest experience with customer service (thanks Alessandro) who had to manually fix a very difficult and unusual DNS problem for me. He was willing to try everything until the problem was solved! I felt like I was being cared for as a customer and against all odds, had a fun chat with him as well. I'm very pleased with the app otherwise too! The email customization tools are exactly what I need, the storage size is good value for the money and it's very easy to add files to existing products in the shop. The app connected with my shop without any problems and I was able to start using it immediately. All in all, would highly recommend it for setting up Digital Products!
