This app is so awesome! It is affordable and so easy to use. It's great for my customers to be able to download their files and have them all in their accounts anytime they need them.

Highly recommend SkyPilot - from a digital shop owner with over 28,000 digital file orders. :) Customer support is always quick and very thorough. Kenan especially was amazing, answering questions and offering support for solutions I hadn't even thought of relating to my original question. I was incredibly impressed with customer service today, and I've always had a great experience when I've needed to reach out.

My business has been a long time partner with SkyPilot for many years. I recently had an incident in file transfers where Shopify changed a handle, causing large amount of file disconnects. After reaching out to SkyPilot, they stepped right in to help me reset many download filing links so that my customers could continue having access to what they had digitally purchased. It’s taken a bit of work but now everything is all straightened out. Thank you SkyPilot! Onward to new horizons!

The Sky Pilot app is an excellent way (surely the best way) to provide digital products on Shopify. And their online chat (AI & live) has been very helpful, responsive to my questions and needs, helping me get set up. Some things did not make sense to me until their chat helped me.
