Seldom that one get to work with a company who response is quick and very comprehensive. When you run into problems this is exactly what one need to solve the problem.
Not happy overall, the adding of files is great and easy but the emails go to customer's spam.

While spam filters are controlled by the customer's email provider, we can definitely help you and your customers mitigate this. We previously sent you an email to assist, but haven't heard back yet. Please reach back out so we can help! To ensure your emails reach the inbox, we'll even enable our White Label Email feature for free so you can send emails from your own domain. This app has been a game changer for my business. It makes it so, so so ridiculously easy to attach downloads to products and have them shipped automatically to my customers without worry. I highly recommend it, and I've got to say the customer service is outstanding. Don't think twice, just do it. It will make your life so much easier. And no… They didn't pay me to say this! Lol.

I like SkyPilot a lot. I've been using it for a few years now and it makes digital file delivery easy for me and my customers. I do wish there was an option for customers to click "download all" though.
