I have had nothing but issues since we installed this app, tons of fake accounts have been set up and many fraudulent purchases have been made
Hello, We take all feedback seriously, but we need to clarify a misunderstanding regarding Sky Pilot’s functionality. Sky Pilot is strictly a digital file delivery application. Our sole role is to allow merchants to attach files to products and deliver them to their customers. We have no involvement in the creation of customer accounts or the processing of purchases. Any issues related to fraudulent orders or fake accounts are entirely outside of our system and should be addressed directly with Shopify. While we cannot intervene in matters beyond the scope of our app, we remain available to assist with any questions or support related to file delivery and app functionality. wish i could easily access the products and adding stuff. every time its like a maze.

Horrible onboarding. App populates a download button on all of your checkout pages including your physical products not connected to the app. Live chat experience was maddening. Was promised a google meet to chat at a specified time at my urging but never received a link.

Our team does not normally schedule calls on weekends, but we went out of our way to email you a Google Meet link for a call on Sunday—the same day. Unfortunately, you didn’t respond and didn’t join the call. You could have also booked a call during our regular working hours by clicking the “Book a Call” button either in chat or on the Sky Pilot website, but we never received any notification that you did. too complicated, all I wanted to do is send a pdf to a customer on shopify, but there is no ability to attach a file to a customer email. Shopify suggested Sky Pilot, which wasted 2 hours of my time, on wix you can just attach the pdf in the custome inbox .....
