Why is there no way to customize the description in the downloadable library? My item has a lot of text and now it takes half the screen with no formatting that I cannot change. Customers don't need to read all that after purchasing

Ive only just started to use this app, big files take longer to upload. I did a test order and had to use my email as a log in on my website to access the file. I spoke to Nitesh who helped me disable this feature so I can access it straight away without logging in.

Unfortunately, that’s just the nature of big uploads. We also noticed you mentioned needing to use your email to log in to access the file - we’re glad Nitesh was able to assist you in disabling that feature, so you can access the file directly without logging in.
