This app is so awesome! It is affordable and so easy to use. It's great for my customers to be able to download their files and have them all in their accounts anytime they need them.

Highly recommend SkyPilot - from a digital shop owner with over 28,000 digital file orders. :) Customer support is always quick and very thorough. Kenan especially was amazing, answering questions and offering support for solutions I hadn't even thought of relating to my original question. I was incredibly impressed with customer service today, and I've always had a great experience when I've needed to reach out.

The Sky Pilot app is an excellent way (surely the best way) to provide digital products on Shopify. And their online chat (AI & live) has been very helpful, responsive to my questions and needs, helping me get set up. Some things did not make sense to me until their chat helped me. The product was easy to use and understand. When I wasn't sure if I had done the set up properly, I used their support which was responsive and got me where I needed to be. I used Sky Pilot for downloads of ebooks, audiobooks and word games.
