latest app to import products from Shopify to Tiktok shop quickly and easily. Rawail who takes care of the assistance was super available to answer all my questions and very professional. I recommend the app to everyone for those who are also implementing Tiktok shop as an additional sales channel!

The SPL team goes above and beyond when it comes to customer support! They were incredibly responsive and made the whole TikTok Shop integration process much easier. Couldn’t have done it without their help!

This started off so good: Love the interface and the AI mapping function! But there were a number of issues and customer service was way too slow and unresponsive. The main issue was that it kept feeding through old TikTok orders on a daily basis (very old ones, that had already been fulfilled and completed). We had to nag to get help and most issues remained unresolved and even unacknowledged.

These guys are unbelievably good. We needed a specific attribute from TTS to be copied over to the Shopify order, and the whole process was way above my expectations. I was expecting to be directed to a "wish list" page, and wait for people to vote on that, as many other developers do, but instead, they accommodated this specific request within the hour. As far as the app itself, it works without any issues too. What's key here, too, is that unlike the native connector from Shopify, it is not region-bound. That is a huge limitation of the native connector, especially in the US region.
