Excellent support from Felix! I had an issue with TikTok Shop seller discounts not syncing properly to Shopify, causing refund alerts on 17 orders. After over 10 days with no response via email, I contacted live chat and Felix provided outstanding support. He patiently re-imported all affected orders one by one, explained the process clearly, and resolved the issue completely. His professionalism and dedication to solving the problem were exceptional.
