Excellent support from Felix! I had an issue with TikTok Shop seller discounts not syncing properly to Shopify, causing refund alerts on 17 orders. After over 10 days with no response via email, I contacted live chat and Felix provided outstanding support. He patiently re-imported all affected orders one by one, explained the process clearly, and resolved the issue completely. His professionalism and dedication to solving the problem were exceptional. Highly recommend using the live chat feature for support - it's much faster and more effective than email. Thank you, Felix, for your excellent service!
I work real hard to get approved I am closer than I was a year ago!
I had some technical issues with a TikTok order duplicating in Shopify that were completely my fault. Frank was able to assist and was very patient and helpful in explaining what I had done incorrectly in setting things up. He sent helpful screen shots and guided me through what needed to be corrected and helped me to fix the issue. I am incredibly appreciative of such a great level of service!
