I only signed up for the free trial and uninstalled the app during the trial period because I decided not to continue using it. Despite that, I was still charged for a monthly subscription afterward. The subscription terms and cancellation process were not clear enough, and I did not expect to be billed. This was a very disappointing experience, as I ended up paying for a service I had already stopped using. I hope they improve the transparency of their subscription and billing process to prevent this from happening to other users.
Hi, I am sorry about the confusion with the charge after your trial. Charges started during a trial are billed by Shopify on its own cycle, which is why this one landed after you had already uninstalled. Our team has issued a full refund and emailed you confirmation, and I am sending the receipt across separately so you have it on record. I really want to resolve this in a professional manner.
Frank was very helpful, I had a really hard time knowing what to do on my own and he was patient with me and helped me understand everything step by step. He really took his time. This meant a lot to me, I am very thankful.
