great service but the daily limits stopped me for the day. Unbelievable service. Quick to help access account to help you accomplish required tasks.

This started off so good: Love the interface and the AI mapping function! But there were a number of issues and customer service was way too slow and unresponsive. The main issue was that it kept feeding through old TikTok orders on a daily basis (very old ones, that had already been fulfilled and completed). We had to nag to get help and most issues remained unresolved and even unacknowledged.

So far so good. Super easy to install and understand.

This app is very good. And the customer support is excellent. Alex help me work the problem out.
