We recently switched to SPL for integrating our Shopify store with TikTok Shops and have been really pleased with the service so far! We’ve had quite a few questions during the setup, but the customer support from Zarmina has been excellent. Any issues we’ve encountered have been resolved very quickly :)

The app’s ease of use and effective syncing with Shopify are standout features. I like the feature of connecting multiple shops.Zarmina’s support has been top-notch—helpful, responsive, and very knowledgeable. So far, everything has been great with the SPL app. The customer service is excellent. I’ll be sure to update my review once our TikTok Shop integration is fully running and we have some results to share.
