Thank you very much for all your assistance yesterday, Rado. You went above and beyond to help me install the app and resolve any issues with the code. I can now see the rich results are displayed in google. Sherpa's customer service is exceptional as it provides assistance in real time and ensures that each and every request is met. I have tested nearly all the SEO applications on Shopify, and this is the best, excellent customer service, highly recommended, and certainly a credit to Shopify. Thank you again, Leigh.

I really do love this app and appreciate the support when I have a question about how to better utilize this app. I do believe that using this app helps people, potential customers find my online Crystal Shop. the image optimization is especially useful as my catalog is quite large....LOTS of images! the other features like JSON - LD and broken links features really help me keep on top of things for my shop.

I use this app for meta data, alt tags and image optimization. The custom support is great with details responses and opportunities to ask further questions. Highly recommend.

I would say this is the best app among all free SEO apps. I used it to optimize my image alt tags, and meta tags, remove duplicate titles and also submit my sitemap. Very good choice for starters. Haven't tried the premium plan, will try in the future when sales grow up

This app makes it very easy to see what you need to do. The big thing is that you have to copy the Smart SEO metatags over to your products -- they don't go automatically, although the company this will be coming in a few months. Customer support was really good in helping me figure out where some weird text was being picked up from my logo image and showing up in my Google search results (tip: a couple days after submitting your sitemap, search on one of your products by its exact name and make sure it's appearing how you want it to)

The person in charge quickly identify the factor and edited the code of our website. Also, he kindly sent us a video file of what setting he changed. I'm relieved to get quick and warm support. No SEO results, No Website speed results. They asked for a second chance, we believed them and we gave it to them, it’s a pity that they didn't live up to our expectations. Conclusion: they are not professionals in this field.
Hi Dzimitry, We did debug your homepage, theme and apps and got your homepage speed from a sad 47 on mobile to 87 and 99 on desktop in just two days. Obviously you have been working on your website and your score is now 81, as I can see a few new errors, but 81 is still almost double 47. On top of that we did send you a message on Friday that we will get your page speed above 90 just that we need some more time. And you left your review on Sunday, obviously frustrated that we haven't done this over the weekend. Let me mention to all readers, that the work we did and were going to do was for free. So to answer your review: We are professionals, and we are one of the best in our field. But most importantly we try to help merchants even when we are not going to make a penny out of it. We do it for our good name and the reviews here are a testimony to this.
