App support is second to none! I installed the app after figuring out that Shopify's shipping rules were too limited for my needs. I installed the app and needed help setting it up. I hit the chat button and Mira was there instantly. Not AI, but a real person who jumped into my settings and configured everything I needed. Reymar jumped in to help and finished everything up. I'm beyond impressed with the level of support I received within 10 minutes of installing the app. Well worth the subscription costs and a lot more flexible than Shopify's shipping rules.
