SMART Shipping Rates & Rules

Excellent service from this developer! I've had a couple of issues that were extremely quickly identified and resolved. The speed of help available on the chat function is superb. Also the app itself is extremely easy to set up and navigate. Nothing complicated about this unlike the previous app I was using for setting up different shipping rates for different kinds of products and was pretty expensive for what I needed it to do. I highly recommend this app!

I was not sure how to use the app- but used the chat support (Reymar) and within minutes had all of my questions answered and website set up just how I wanted it! I have wanted to find a way to offer zoned pricing and hide shipping options for certain products and this did just that! Excellent!

So far customer support does a great job, app works as intended with more customization than expected. no hidden fees.

j'ai pu utiliser cette app gratuite pour différencier les codes postaux sur la Corse qui malheureusement ne faisait pas partie des régions de shopify. Et ca fonctionne très bien ! En plus leur support a été très sympa et m'a aidé à mettre l'app en place;

The app doesn't work unless you are on a Growth package with Shopify. In fact, a waste of time if you are on a basic plan. pretty annoying that it says it can target postcodes but doesn't.

So far so good, has a bit of a challenge installing but they were incredibly helpful right away!

Love this app for it's set up and design, but above all for the superb customer support from Reymar. I have to admit to getting a bit confused with the logic at times when setting up rules and the more you have, the more challenging it becomes. Each time I've hit a dead end and can't see the wood for the trees, Reymar has found and fixed the problem. Thank you!

So far kann man echt nichts sagen. Top App, funktioniert einfach, schneller Support. Und bis jetzt konnte ich alles genau so umsetzten wie gewollt ohne Probleme.

Great! Solved a specific issue where we needed to hide certain shipping rates if the order contained a specific size variant, which we were able to filter accurately by SKU. A lot more filtering options than Shopify's Checkout Blocks. Got support for a query within minutes too - top notch!
