We like the app but how can we change the position of these tabs. We want them in the same general area but a bit lower or a bit higher. Is there a line of code that we can add to specify the exact location? Thank you
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We do not install any code into your theme as we load from Shopify API (Javascript). Tabs load on your product description code. In order to change tabs place you will need to move product description code (In most of the themes you can find it in Online stores -> Themes -> Edit code -> product-template.liquid) If you have any questions, please contact us through live customer support chat which is located inside the app at the bottom right side) Regards, Edi

Great app! We're using it in the Product Page to display product features. It turned out our theme (Flow) didn't have "Jquery CDN" installed, but the app support team was very helpful and had it setup.

I used this app to help me with my tabs on my web page where i had such long description that it goes way down. I wanted to separate the info so that customer could easily see what they were looking for and this was exactly what i had hoped for and really easy to set up too. Thank you

Look, I'm no expert. Brand new to this. But when I ask support an apparently dumb question, I don't think it's very helpful to reply with an attitude. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for your tab needs if you think you'll have any trouble setting this up as there are lots of apps doing this.
Hello, Sorry if our response sounded rude, we did not try to be rude. If you need help with application setup, please contact us through Live customer support chat and we will respond right away. From your side you don't need to add any code to your theme as application loads from Shopify Api, not from your theme. You can create tabs two ways. If you need Specific tabs, use heading 5 at your product description after you activated them inside the app: https://www.loom.com/share/bb46b24e9c38437b846b4655e7b47a8a To add tabs to multiple products or collections use Shared tabs, you can only create them inside the app: https://www.loom.com/share/9d27652461ca410fb4f3f3d3da4864f7 Regards, Edi

Customer care - after long discussions, support was very helpful by tweaking the code of the app to add title below reviews.
Hey there again, This is the developer of SmartTabs writing you. Sorry for the confusion caused, but let me explain the situation. 1. We do not edit, alter or modify the reviews block in any way. We only move It to the tab without removing any content. 2. When deactivating the reviews tab, the title that you want cannot still be seen: https://prnt.sc/rjhkr3 So the issue is with the reviews app. 3. We cannot contact the review app directly, our emails get ignored. That's why our customer do that for themselves. I deactivated the reviews tab in our app and you should check for yourself. You will see how It displays by default and then contact the review app. They will see that the issue is from their end and we cannot do anything about It.

For the most part, the app has worked well but have found that the tabs don't work on the Internet Explorer browser. I tried contacting the customer service a week ago and have not yet got a response. Wondering if this is an existing issue with this app.

Installed this and attempted to get it working. Went through the full setup but no tabs showed up on the site. Didn't have time to contact support and try and get the tabs to show up on the site.
Hey there, Its not possible for Tabs app to brake anything as we do not add any code to your stores theme. It might be that you had few tabs app active the same time then theoretically codes could overlap. Our support team contacted you few times to help you to sort it out. Could you please reply.

FREE Tabs is so easy to use! I can just create tabs directly from the product description and they look beautiful in both desktop and mobile.

Absolutely fantastic app, save me a lot of time and works like a charm. Been looking for something like this for a while, Would recommend it. Support is incredibly helpful and fast to reply, they go out there way to assist.
