I have used this app to help me tag specific orders. For the price, it can't be beat! I found a few other apps that were charging almost $20 / month for what I needed but I can get exactly what I need here for $1.99 / month. Very dynamic tagging which help makes my life a lot easier. I also had an issue with the logic recently and sent an email to their support. They responded back within 30 minutes and helped me resolve my issues. Absolutely GREAT app and support!

----------UPDATE------------ I had a problem before, but wehavefaces support team help me to fix this problem within two days and also they're writting custom liquid scripts for some of my smart tags applications, there's still work to do, but they're really working hard on customer support and in the app itself, a MUST HAVE for big stores. Definitely the best app for hard auto-tagging situations.

This is the best app I have ever tried for my Shopify store. We have actually build our whole store around this app. Now we have around 50 different auto tagging jobs it does and this makes the workflow for us perfect! Based on the product information our store receives from another system it tags the products up with color names that are filtered down from 45 colors to 13 for the customer sidebar filter, tags with the right menu tag, tags with the sizes that are left of each product, tags product with not-on-sale (so people can't use discount codes on products that are already discounted and MOST MORE.... I can highly recommend this app for everyone who wants to make a automated Shopify store!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars for this app I would. The team have been amazing with their support. We installed the app to overcome a character limit issue on Collections. The app exceeded my expectations on how seamless it was to create rules and then because we needed quite a complex rule, the support team stepped in and had it done in minutes. Can't wait to try this app with customer rules.

We use this app to tag orders based on what products are on them. Works great, but the 5 stars is really earned by their support team, which is super helpful and thorough.

10/10 would recommend this app to anyone that uses tags on Shopify. The UI is straightforward + if you have any questions the support is top notch! Can't tell you how many hours this app has saved our E-commerce team.

This app is incredible! I've been using it for over a year and it has saved me hundreds of hours. After creating a few simple rules I can now upload hundreds of products at a time and within minutes each product has all of the correct tags I need for filters, product recommendations, size charts, etc. It's amazing how fast this app works even when dealing with thousands of products at a time. The customer support is phenomenal. I will use this app for as long as I have a Shopify store.

YESSS! THIS IS THE TAGGING APP YOU'RE LOOKING FOR. User friendly, intuitive, clean, great interface, works exactly like it should, sets up in MINUTES, infinite possibilities for utilization. I ran into a bug at 10pm on a Sunday night and received a thorough response + bug fix by 8am Monday morning. Product and customer service is A+. More than reasonably priced for all it's doing for my business. THANK YOU!

As a developer and store owner I can't recommend this app enough. It is well built and provides a very important function. This put's Shopify Plus' "Flow" app to shame in terms of practical utility. Need to create filter tags based on complex logic? No problem. Need to use Regex for even more complex rules? No problem. Have some crazy use case that the interface can't quite handle? No problem, they'll implement the advanced rules for you. They're always making the app better, and always willing to help. And for what, $25/mo for the top plan? I spend a stupid amount of money on Shopify plus and it doesn't give me the kind of results this app does. Don't wait, get it now and use it to automate damn near everything.

This app is outstanding. I had a very technical implementation question and the dev team responded within a couple of days with a very robust step-by-step reply that worked for me on the first try. So dang good. They have thought of everything. I'm so glad I found this app. Thank you so much for having it available. I use tags for so many things, I can't even begin to describe how important this app is to our e-commerce site. They also added some really nice features recently that makes it even easier to use. There is a little bit of a learning curve when using the app depending on what you are trying to do but once you get it, you'll love it.

A game changer. We have over 5000 skus and this app has transformed how we manage inventory, filters, customer service. Simple to install and easy to get going at basic level...but amazingly powerful with access to custom fields too. UPDATE- the more I use this app the more I love it, thanks!! UPDATE 2- Now have 80k SKUs and Shopify would be unworkable without SmartTags...can't praise you folks enough, thanks. Update 3: Responsive now have their API, makes Shopify a beast. Love it, thanks.

100% A MUST HAVE app. The support are amazing. Their app is amazing. Granted it took me a little to get used to setting up my own rules. BUT thats because I didn't read anything or ask for help. I still managed to get it done though. There is no bulk tagging, ie you can't add all your 'words' in one rule and have it pick out just those words that are in the description and tag individual words. I have emailed them about this and they are aware of this and I cant remember if they said it was a feature thats coming. They did however invite me to send them my list and they will bulk create the rules for me. I will do this when I am on a paid plan. ATM I am using the free, I do need to upgrade and I will in the coming weeks. But really, I would be spending, literally months tagging every one of my product sizes, colours, styles etc. It would be an enormous task with out Smart Tags. Their pricing system is the best I have seen so far for a shopify app. You definitely get what you pay for when you factor in the amount of months work it saves you.

I wish more people will come to know of this powerful app. Saves a lot of time tagging manually. The interface is intuitive. I have no problem setting up complex rules to trigger the tags automatically. The support team is speedy and helpful!

BEST APP EVER 6-STARS Before this app I had to manually add tags to products > make sure the tags are in the right products > add new tags for Search filtering > change tags based on Price changes etc...... which consumes alot of time. With this app i can in one go create rules to attach tags automatically based on the title, Description, Price Range, Vendor, sale Tags etc. Now I have more free time as this app will work automatically for you.
