No response from support - I have exceeded their tagging limits and there are no other plans to select so my store is not functioning correctly. I need a response to my email so that I can fix the error "Current plan limits exceeded"

I don't think this company actually exists anymore. Used to be able to get a response from them when things go wrong (which happens a lot), but they literally just don't respond now. Guessing someone set this up at some point and is not off doing other things. Buyer beware!

No reply from support in 8 days. The app does what it is supposed to, but help is nonexistent. I will update if I hear back from them.

I literally never leave reviews but the customer support for this app is horrific. I reached my limit on the current plan and I've been trying tp upgrade my plan for months and months now with absolutely no response from the team

We were on basic plan and it worked nice. Our order numbers jumped more than 1000+ for one of our store and it stopped working immediately. No intimation that the plan needs upgrading. We upgraded the plan but it would go and tag all the historical orders (though they were already tagged) which means we hit the 5000+ orders number in a month immediately. Now it stops working again. Its frustrating experience to tag each and every incoming order manually even when you paid for a service to do exactly that.

Like others have said, support used to be good but now I can't get a reply. It has been working well but I can't get help with upgrading my plan. Shame.

Same comments as everyone else - app used to be good with excellent support - however support is now non-existent. You are taking a big risk implementing an app with no support. We now have to start finding an alternative.

Its a great app, however I have tried to contact customer support for a couple of questions regarding the app and no reply after 2 messages. Reading other reviews it seems that there support is non existent which is a shame because the app is pretty good. If you are looking for a tag app, I would choose an alternative where the support team can help with questions.

Poor customer service.......No reply to my emails three emails as king very simple questions and so very disappointed.

Terrible customer service... Concept of the app is good BUT App has so many glitches... make the effort to contact support 4x times without an answer!

Was absolutely loving this app and our store uses it extensively but we're having issues with a few of the rules not working and there's absolutely no support available

I sent a message for support a month ago. Nothing. I wish the support was more responsive because i dont see the app working properly.

Never replied to either of my messages. If you can't provide support maybe don't offer a service. I just had some basic questions but I will look elsewhere now.

Horrible Support! I've sent 3 Support tickets and it's been more than 20 days without a response! And this is not the first time... it happened several times.

Never heard back from the support, so I wasn't able to use the app. I had to delete it again. Not a good service...

Still waiting for support, over 2 weeks also. I think the actual app looks to have real benefits but impossible to tell as this developer has made is specifically impossible to email or contact anyone. Terrible

I was really hoping this app could help improve my store but when I created the rulesets they didn't seem to be working. I contacted support twice to get help with my account. Its been over a week and I still haven't gotten a response. Terrible

Free plan only gives you 50 Tags... Ever... Its not a monthly limit. We spent our total tags within the first day and never really got to try this out to its full potential.

Had an issue with the App. App-developer claims it is the fault from Shopify and offers me to ask Shopify regarding this issue. I was pleased. But after several days and no feedback from the developer, I asked Shopify by myself. Only to find out there was no ticket with my issue. As a result I assume the developer didn't care about my problem. However, Shopify got back to me and confirmed the issue is caused by the app. I asked the developer again and asked for a fix, but I didn't get any reply by today. Sorry, but this wasn't a nice experience. It costs me time to solve the problem and I trusted the "wehavefaces".

Very limited features, no trial. Almost anything can be done with a flow instead. Wouldn't recommend it.
