We tested Smart Wishlist during the free trial, and while it initially seemed to work, the experience quickly turned disappointing. - Functionality Problems: After a few days, a major bug appeared — items added to the wishlist did not actually show up, leaving the wishlist empty. This completely undermines the purpose of the app. - Customer Support: The most discouraging part was the lack of support. I emailed multiple times over the span of a week and received no response. With only a few days left in the free trial, I had no resolution or even acknowledgment of my messages. While the app might have potential, the unresponsive support and basic functionality failures make it hard to justify using Smart Wishlist as a reliable long-term solution.
