I have been waiting for more than 30 days for some technical issues to be fixed.
Can a developer remove this wishlist code from my website? I uninstalled but i can still see the wishlist but its just broken Update: I had to hire a developer to remove the stubborn code off my website costing me money.
Update: It appears there's a misunderstanding. Our app was installed in February 2024, but since January 2024, we've updated our app to no longer require permission to edit themes. This means our app couldn't have added the code in question. It's possible the code was added by a developer with collaborator access or another app. Could you please provide more information about the code so we can help investigate further? We're committed to resolving this issue and ensuring your store functions smoothly. Original: There are no wishlist elements visible on your store. Kindly refer to the screenshot at URL below. Only in select cases we do manually customize the store after receiving collaborator account access, which was not the case of your store.
Great and easy app to use. Struggled to set it up on my own since I have a special theme and the support team fixed it immediately after I reached out. I think its a great app and super affordable. it has all the featured that other apps charge u over $30 monthly for and this app is just $5. luv it

Apologies for the inconvenience. But your ticket was misclassified as spam, as it was similar to several spam tickets received lately. We recommend that all communication should be made in English. Anyway, we are going to respond to the ticket separately with resolution.
Almost the only wishlist app compatible with my website. Convenient and fast. As an improvement, maybe something like a popup can be opened to see the wishlist. Thus, users do not have to navigate between pages.

Although it works, their customer service seldom answers my email. If you need to make a custom wishlist page, it may be hard to find someone to answer your questions or fix your problems.

The app doesn't work. I opened a ticket 3 days ago, no response. Definitely not to be installed, customer support does not exist. Totally bad experience.

I do not know what is going on with this app. I contacted them before they used to reply. but now it's been more than a week, they never reply to email or tickets! I do not know actually to delete the app or keep it. I will give them one more week as a chance to reply back.
This is a great app that has all of the features we needed. It allows you to customize the URL of your wishlist page, no developer branding visible, allows you to customize the link and language for where users can login to save their wishlist, guest users can create a wishlist and all language is customizable. Their support was quick in helping us fix one CSS issue. The price is great and they don't rip you off based on how many people use it. Thank you for a solid app at a good price!
So easy to setup and use. Had a small issue with the wishlist display, emailed support and it was fixed within hours. I also wanted a customisation which they did at the same time.
Great support! With any app you run the risk of compatibility issues with your theme. We ran into an issue with our CSS when attempting to integrate the app. (Please note we did it ourselves and did not utilize the free installation offered, lesson learned). We contacted support and they got right on it to fix our issue. A special thank you to Roy for taking such great care of us!
Perfect for our store. Easy to install, never had any problems, has all the desired functions, totally fits in with the theme and easy to use. What more would want from any app?
