Mori Film Lab review for SmartBot: Leading AI Chatbot

Honestly pretty bad. It’s great that it links to your shopify store but the training options are way too limited which makes it impossible to use this AI bot for anything above tracking orders, making very basic (and often wrong) suggestions and redirecting customers to store policies. Also note that these developers offer 30% off the plan if you leave a good review which makes this review page completely erroneous.
