Smartrr has been a great app for our business. It has unlocked a lot of revenue. Also, we haven't had to use their support often, but when we have, they work fast to get you fixed up!

This app has been a life saver for us. A large portion of our customers are 60+ yrs old and the simplicity of the customer account page to manage subscriptions is MUCH better for our demographic. We're seeing more subscriptions and higher retention, and less customer service emails because of it. All wins.
Love Smartrr and it's so much better than ReCharge, an app we were using for 5 years. Both my team and our customers are appreciating the simplicity of the app. The customer service is great, too, when we need help setting a few things up or making some edits to the program / customer subscriptions. Love an integrated loyatly program and that we can reward our subscription customers with more rewards than 1x customers. 10/10 recommend.
Smartrr's been a key support to our growth. Our rep is responsive and helpful, no matter how small the issue. Really appreciate the new ideas they add to the platform periodically as well.
We transferred from Yotpo to Smartrr Subscriptions. The transition was actually quite smooth. The Smartrr team did a great job and addressed any questions concerns or issues we had quickly. I was nervous to make the change but Smartrr team helped make it very easy on us. The experience for our subscription customers only improved so I see this subscription change to Smartrr as an all around upgrade. The app is quite intuitive and user friendly even for non-technical IT folks like myself. Really happy with the app and product support so far.

Huge shoutout to Esther and the Smartrr team — they went above and beyond to help us get our subscription flow dialed in. We threw a fairly custom setup at them involving Replo, Rebuy, and unique bundling logic, and they handled it with speed, flexibility, and total professionalism. Esther was incredibly responsive, clear, and collaborative throughout the whole process. We couldn’t have asked for better support.
