Smartrr has been an incredible partner to us at Equilibria. Recurring revenue represents 70%+ of our total topline so the thought of migrating from one platform to another was absolutely terrifying.. As you can imagine, we vetted many subscription providers and Smartrr rose to the top as a highly technical team capable of managing the token migration for us and creating as seamless as possible a transition for our members as we moved to Shopify. I am continually impressed by many aspects of partnership including their integration into our departmental workflows - from Member Support to Retention Marketing to FP&A. They operate as an extension of our team and have great communication and follow up. I find their pattern recognition as it relates to other customers and what “best-in-class” looks like very valuable.
