This app has reduced my 'wrong size' returns by as much as 80% Love it!
SmartSize is a user-friendly and intuitive app that's easy to use. The customer service is top-notch—Leslie and Elena always go above and beyond to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and resolve any issues quickly. Their support has been outstanding, making the overall experience seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend SmartSize!
The App is simple to use, but powerful. We have only just implemented it, but I can see customers are already engaging with it and we are confident it will dramatically reduce returns - an important issue for a DTC online women's jeans brand! Customer support is genuinely excellent - I raised a query at 11am, received a response within a minute and was on a detailed discussion call an hour later. My query solved! Best size app I have found after months of research.

So far using the Size Chart, and it is amazing - clean and customizable. In process of setting up the size quiz, but so far looking very good compared to other similar apps we have tested.

This app has been soooo helpful for my store. I use the 'prediction' quiz which means customers don't need a tape measure to help them find their size. And the customisation is great. It's more important for me that customers go by waist measurement rather than hip and the app allows you to prioritise a specific measurement (in my case the waist) when it recommends their size. Love it!
