Great app so far. Easy to set up. Has drastically reduced customer questions about sizing and I believe has increased our conversation rate

I had a really great experience with the SmartSize support team. They were incredibly responsive, understanding, and genuinely willing to help. I explained my situation, and they went above and beyond by offering a custom solution. It’s rare to find such flexibility and customer-focused service, especially from a smaller team. You can really tell they care about their users and want to support their growth. Highly recommended — both the app and the people behind it!

I chose SmartSize after researching a lot of other options. It's been a great fit for my site and the customer service has been so helpful and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend their app and simple to setup features.

The best app ever. Customer support is on point. Having good customer support is the most important thing for an app. I had a request regarding a change in the position of the size chart and i instantly received help. Highly recommend!

Outstanding flexibility and exceptional service from SmartView. I’ve been using SmartView for a while now for my store, where size guides are critical, and I’m genuinely impressed by how adaptable and user-friendly it is. I initially had trouble getting the Smart Size app to work with my theme, but Helen from their team went above and beyond to help. She was incredibly diligent, even scheduling a virtual call late at night her time to troubleshoot the issue. She found a creative workaround and is now coordinating with her team to make sure everything works as expected. Excellent customer support and dedication. I really appreciate her effort!

The setup is intuitive and straightforward — that’s definitely a plus. The tool is easy to configure, and the interface feels user-friendly. I had an issue with the visibility of this solution. On product pages, the size chart doesn’t always appear next to the product variants. In other words, its main functionality doesn’t work consistently, which defeats the purpose of using it. The customer care team contacted me and fixed it immediately. I am impressed by how quickly they were able to help. It's a great app.
