I was having issues with the Kiwi size chart, and after being ignored by their customer support for almost 2 months, I'd had enough. That's when I came across Smart Size. My one criterion was that I needed to embed a video guide showing the sizes. Based on all the size chart apps I emailed to ask about this, Smart Size was the only one that replied, agreeing to customise the app for my liking. Helen from customer support was an absolute gem! Solved my issues quickly and now my charts look exactly how I want them to. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a free size chart for their store with great customer support.
