Outstanding flexibility and exceptional service from SmartView. I’ve been using SmartView for a while now for my store, where size guides are critical, and I’m genuinely impressed by how adaptable and user-friendly it is. I initially had trouble getting the Smart Size app to work with my theme, but Helen from their team went above and beyond to help. She was incredibly diligent, even scheduling a virtual call late at night her time to troubleshoot the issue. She found a creative workaround and is now coordinating with her team to make sure everything works as expected. Excellent customer support and dedication. I really appreciate her effort!

The setup is intuitive and straightforward — that’s definitely a plus. The tool is easy to configure, and the interface feels user-friendly. I had an issue with the visibility of this solution. On product pages, the size chart doesn’t always appear next to the product variants. In other words, its main functionality doesn’t work consistently, which defeats the purpose of using it. The customer care team contacted me and fixed it immediately. I am impressed by how quickly they were able to help. It's a great app.

Fast, friendly, helpful. I've worked with other size guide apps, and this one is more intuitive and easier to use. I had a special request and they were fast to respond to my ticket and super helpful. Definitely recommend this app !

Exactly what we needed: a size chart button placed right next to the Size label. Clean, aligned, and reliable even with multiple variants. Helen set it up on both of our stores in no time and the communication was excellent. Creating size charts per product or collection was straightforward, setup is quick, and the built-in templates make it super convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a size chart app.

I switched over from Kiwi Size Chart and don’t regret it one bit. Helen and the team have built a super simple, clean, and easy-to-use size chart app that does exactly what it should. They’re constantly improving the product, which makes it even better over time. Highly recommend!

The size charts dosent show after user click on a variant. it reduces convergence rate we uploaded 1k size chart before realizing its a faulty app

I was having issues with the Kiwi size chart, and after being ignored by their customer support for almost 2 months, I'd had enough. That's when I came across Smart Size. My one criterion was that I needed to embed a video guide showing the sizes. Based on all the size chart apps I emailed to ask about this, Smart Size was the only one that replied, agreeing to customise the app for my liking. Helen from customer support was an absolute gem! Solved my issues quickly and now my charts look exactly how I want them to. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a free size chart for their store with great customer support.
