My Own Design review for Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

We researched several Apps to add a Loyalty program for our retail and eCommerce customers a few months ago. It was easy to integrate with Shopify. We did run into a few issues with customers using points to pay, and although SMILE & Shopify will need to resolve the conflict, David offered us a manual work-around as a possible temporary solution. Although we decided this wasn't for us, his extra work was very much appreciated. And recently we had an issue with upgrading, and David once again offered us a solution that was helpful and demonstrated SMILE's desire to work with all types of vendors, small & big. I would highly recommend this App to anyone...............Lydia
