I had a complex issue that required a lot of troubleshooting, and Lyn from Smile.io was absolutely fantastic throughout the process. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication to finding a solution were outstanding, and I truly appreciate all the help she provided. Lyn went above and beyond to get everything resolved, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I’m now absolutely loving my new app and the experience has been so much better thanks to her support. A huge thank you to Lyn for making what could have been a very frustrating experience such a positive one. She is a real credit to the Smile.io team, and her professionalism and customer care deserve to be recognised. Thank you, Lyn, and Smile.io!

Suite à un soucis avec un client, j'ai pu communiquer avec ULLAS qui a pris le temps de m'expliquer le soucis qui existait. Et de m'avoir donné des suggestions pour modifier l'éligibilité des clients. Très bonne application et sav très réactif. Je recommande vraiment.

Great experience with Smile so far! Lee was incredibly helpful in getting us set up. We met several times, and every question we had he either knew or tracked down with their team. Really happy with Smile so far! We set it up for our physical store using Shopify POS, and everything is working great. We had a small issue with the points calculation at first, but Analisa from support helped us sort it out quickly. Super friendly and helpful support. Definitely recommend!
