Lisa was very helpful. I had a request to get a list of customers with unused coupons, and I wasn't sure how difficult this would be. Lisa explained exactly how to do it in just one message, and I quickly got what I needed. Thank you!

Wow, I wish all apps had a Shelby on standby if I have a question. Thanks Shelby! I was helped within minutes (although I prepared myself to wait a few hours) and my problem was resolved super fast. Not only did I received info regarding the features, but also insights into how it applies to my store specifically. Watch out for this ... don't worry about this ... this does not apply to you. Super super super service!

We have seen a lot of user activity because of this loyalty program. The customer service is great. When we had configuration questions, they helped us solve problems quickly, clearly and efficiently.

We installed this app on both our stores and can honestly say the support team have been incredible. Shout out to Joana and Erin - made it seamless and any issues we had - down to us, not the app - were quickly rectified. The app itself has been great so far - regulars love it and staff have found it easy to sign-up new customers.
