Great app that has helped boost sales and customer experience already. When reaching out for support with a query, Joana replied within 2 hours (on a weekend too!) and was incredibly helpful with my multiple queries. Highly recommend.

The app itself is extremely useful, and we’re excited about fully integrating it into our workflow. Great app with excellent support! We’ve been using Smile.io for our store’s loyalty program and have had a great experience so far. The app is easy to use, integrates well with Shopify, and offers exactly what we need to keep customers engaged and coming back. A special thanks to Lisa from the support team — she was incredibly helpful and quick to respond when we had questions about point eligibility for guest customers. She provided clear guidance and even offered to connect us with the Merchant Success team for further optimization tips.
