Unfortunately, an employee manipulated Smile to obtain free orders. However, the Smile team was incredibly helpful in identifying the employee and the timing and manner of their manipulation of the platform. Their team truly went above and beyond. My only advice to the Smile team is to include account attributions to manual changes in Smile Loyalty points.

I recently ran into some technical issues that originated from my end, and the Smile support team was incredibly helpful in walking me through the steps to troubleshoot everything. They swiftly responded to all my emailed questions and educated me about some features that I needed guidance setting up. Kudos to Lynn, Annalisa and Shelby! You guys rock!
