The attendant Lisa cleared up all the doubts I had when I contacted support. Lisa went above and beyond. She provided guidance on resolving an issue related to the referral program. Regarding my experience with Smile.io's programs, I don't have enough insight to provide feedback yet. I joined the company a month ago and am just starting to use the program and monitor the indicators now.

I tested more than a dozen plugins, and Smile is the best. It integrates all the functions I need. My customer success manager, Joana, is great and helped me solve many problems. She responded very quickly, was very professional, and taught me a lot of functions. Full marks
