Features are OK but what I really dislike is the display of features on the pages that I do not have access to. Please tell me how this is not deceptive trade practices. If it is not in my plan it should not be clearly visible and I should not be able to access it. Maybe this is how Smile coerces customers to upgrade - I find it deceptive and annoying because it wastes my time. Change the UX so that only features available on a plan are visible.

Shelby and Analisa went above and beyond to help me get the app to do the very explicit things that I wanted. I use a mix of Shopify sections on the page and the landing page sections Smile offers with the page. It gives me more flexibility to fit my branding. I appreciate their specialized attention and customer service!

Top tier customer support. Have used smile.io in a couple of businesses now for about 2 years - never had a single technical issue in that time, and any questions I had were always promptly answered by the support team (usually about how to apportion points, etc). Would highly recommend.

We've been really happy with Smile, but the support experience is what made us want to leave this review. So far the app is working well for us. There were a few questions regarding how the app worked on Shopify POS, but Shelby was quick to answer our questions.
