Do not use. Zero customer support and once you sign up you will be forced to pay $199/mo FOREVER or Cancel. Such a shame.

Used loyalty points for many years but after reminding a customer to use their loyalty points I receive a message asking how. I find out that although the customers are receiving their points in their account, they cannot use them because I'm now on the basic plan with Smile and customers will not be able to use their points at checkout unless I now upgrade to Shopify Plus!!!! Switched to an alternative app that does not require additional upgrades or Shopify Pus in order to function. NOTE: upgraded from 1 star to 3 now please quit emailing and phoning which is getting a little tiresome

Our Shopify Plus required features have always been limited by what kind of customization Shopify allows on their checkout page. I’ve had such a great experience with Smile. Honestly, it's one of the easiest apps I’ve set up on my store. Everything is super intuitive, from creating the rewards program to customising how it fits our brand. It didn’t feel overwhelming at all, which is rare for apps like this. What really stood out, though, was the customer support. Joanna and Lynn were both incredible. They are responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was running smoothly. If you’re thinking about adding a loyalty program, I highly recommend Smile.

Smile offers a fairly comprehensive loyalty system that meets most of our requirements. However, some details still need improvement, such as setting the number of rewards that can be redeemed for points to prevent the number of rewards from exceeding the expected amount.

We had one of those tough to fix admin/billing issues that involved different web platforms, but once we explained the issue, Lynn looked into it and fixed a year's worth of problems! Great job and customer relations Lynn!

Smile is a great tool, with very simple and quick setup. The free option provides very valuable capabilities to offer benefit to our customers with no tool cost to us. As we grow and realize the benefits, we will be able to justify upgrading to a paid version in the future. There was a glitch in a feature. Shelby facilitated a prompt resolution and kept us informed throughout the (very short) process. Thank you, Shelby!

Super solid to start - support has been responsive and active. Only reason for 4/5 as opposed to 5/5 is because of the "On-Site" section within the app has pieces that say "Set Up", and they don't disappear when I've already set them up. This was a bit confusing at first. Still getting used to it, but its pretty clean so far. Edit: 5/5 for sure. We're on the growth plan, and the responsiveness from the team has been awesome. They've been super attentive to our issues (most were user error tbh).

Our customers were having trouble logging into their accounts. Fortunately, we spoke with Erin from customer service, and she was amazing! She was quick to respond and found the problem immediately! She also walked me through the steps to fix the problem from my end. She was also able to answer all my questions!
