Joana from Smile was very helpful. We are on the free plan, integrated with Shopify. However, we are using a 3rd party to bring in our ebay orders to Shopify and that pushed us above the free plan limit. Since these customers do not interact with our Shopify webstore and hence do not have the ability to sign up to the loyalty program, Joana kindly increased our free plan allowance to accommodate for these orders. Super helpful and very friendly.
