5/5 - Incredible Support Team! I’ve been using Smile.io on my website, 4u2heal.ca, and the app has been great for rewarding my customers! What really stands out, though, is the amazing support team. Maggie went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot a design issue, and her dedication to finding a solution was truly impressive. Not only did she explain the issue clearly (apparently, something about a "z-index" ), but she also took the time to make me feel at ease about the process. Even when I hesitated to give collaborator access (because I'm super protective of my Shopify store), Maggie was understanding and professional. It’s clear this team cares about their product and their customers. I’d recommend Smile.io not just for the app, but for the fantastic humans behind it. Maggie, you rock!
