The Smile app is fantastic! - User friendly, and packed with incredible features and customization. The updates show that the developers are committed to improving the customer experience. We've utilized this app in our shop for a little over a year, and have seen positive ROI! We highly recommend enabling all of the apps features to maximize customer engagement. Smile's customer support has always been responsive, helpful, and friendly - nothing short of outstanding! Smile's help guides are very thorough and simple to navigate, which makes independent trouble-shooting easy to navigate. However, on a rare occasion when we find ourselves needing further assistance, their in-app support is tremendously helpful. We highly recommend the Smile app for your customer loyalty needs!
