I've worked with Shelby the past few days to sort out a kink with Smile.io and our Loop returns and exchanges app. We've been having the issue (because of Loop) that extra points are awarded to the customer upon an exchange, without points from the original order being deducted. Shelby walked me through what is happening, and worked to created a Shopify flow to solve the issue. The first flow didn't work--but she has continuously helped me work/talk through the issue and has been absolutely amazing in working to find a solution.
