I came into this support chat stressed about a data incident that had broken loyalty links for dozens of our members. Erin was incredible — she pulled up individual transaction histories in real time, helped me realize what I thought were lost points were actually legitimate redemptions, and escalated a technical ticket for the issues she couldn't solve on the spot.
