Very disappointed with the Smile app and their support team. The customer service response time is extremely slow — even after seeing the messages, they take 2–3 days to reply back. We are paying a significant amount for the app, but the support and solutions provided have not been helpful at all. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this app and would suggest looking for a better alternative.
