We’ve been using Smile for our Shopify store for several months, and it’s hands down the best loyalty & rewards plugin we’ve tried. Setup was seamless, integration with Shopify is 100% smooth, and the interface is clean and easy to customize—no coding needed. Our customers love the points, VIP tiers, and referral program, and we’ve already seen a clear lift in repeat purchases and customer retention. What really makes Smile stand out, though, is the amazing customer support—especially our rep Joana! She’s been incredibly helpful from onboarding to troubleshooting. Whenever we had questions about program setup, branding, or technical glitches, Joana responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to fix issues. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about our success.
