Jennifer Hoffman review for Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

Features are OK but what I really dislike is the display of features on the pages that I do not have access to. Please tell me how this is not deceptive trade practices. If it is not in my plan it should not be clearly visible and I should not be able to access it. Maybe this is how Smile coerces customers to upgrade - I find it deceptive and annoying because it wastes my time. Change the UX so that only features available on a plan are visible.
