Malmaison review for Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

The support received installing, implementing and using this app has been outstanding. We changed to this loyalty program because of major issues and increasing costs, however changing platforms is not an easy decision to make. My expectations were high based on feedback from other business owners, however, these expectations have been well and truly exceeded with every question, enquiry and any technical glitch (in moving platforms) answered and problem solved within a timely and professional manner. Throughout the initial onboarding and beyond I have felt that the expected outcomes for my business were also the expected outcomes from the team at Smile.io. I would highly recommend any business considering this program to try it. There are programs for all business levels which you can grow into.
